Di woman been don assault one Vivian Adhiambo on June 25th for Obunga, Kisumu. She been slap her for neck, use bra strangle her.
Dem been charge her with malicious injury to property contrary to section 339(1) of the penal code,and willfully and unlawfully damaging a radio and a chair said to be properties of Vivian Adhiambo.
Dem follow accuse Anyango say she thief phone of over ksh 15,500 (N58,000) been she deny say she no dey guilty of any of di charges.
She been defend herself for court say Vivian talk say she get plenty money and she go make sure say she arrest am.
Di magistrate been release her on a bond of ksh30,000 (N112,000) and dem adjourn di case go September 21.
