Five newly posted corpers been lose their lives for one bad road accident along Abaji-Kwali expressway on Wednesday July 28th, 2021.

“My heartfelt prayers are with the families of the Five Youth Corps members who were involved in a ghastly motor accident on Wednesday, 28th July 2021, while travelling from Uyo to Katsina State for their orientation programme.
The corpers wey we lose na: Upere Innocent Peter, Akpan Victor Joseph; graduates of Mass Communication, Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua; Asuquo Miracle Effiong, graduate of Psychology; Ekikoh Stella Sylvester, graduate of Sociology and Anthropology and Ezuruike Coleman Chikwado graduate of History and International Studies all of the University of Uyo.
