Bovi Ugboma na stand-up comedian, actor and writer from Nigeria. Him don organize popular stand-up comedy concerts like Bovi: Man on Fire across the globe.
Dem born Bovi Ugboma for Benin City, Edo State capital and him go UNIBEN staff school for him primary school. Him later enter Government College, Ughelli for Delta State. Him later go Edokpolor grammar school for Benin city where him family dey stay.
Him later transfer go Boys model secondary school, Onicha Olona, wey be boarding school. After him finish secondary school, him gain admission enter Delta State University where him study Theatre Arts in 1998.
Bovi start him career wella for April 2007 as him appear for TV show Extended Family wey him write and produce. De show blow and before 2008 Bovi na face wey dem don dey see wella on top TV and he begin climb de success ladder inside Naija entertainment with him comedy shows and events throughout Nigeria.
Him major blow na for Nite of 1000 Laughs organized by Opa Williams as stand-up comedian. Him do him first show in 2013 for Eko convention center. Him run am again in 2014, Bovi- Man on Fire 2014 wey feature international superstars Ja Rule and Ashanti.
Bovi carry de one-man show go other cities for United States, London, Melbourne, and Toronto. Him later go under for sometime as him no hold any event till 2017 when him carry de Man on Fire come Lagos and na big success.
De fourth edition also hold for Lagos in April 2019 and Bovi say na de last of the show as he go come up with another concept and title.
