Meet With IPOB Leader – Obasanjo Tell Buhari



Former President Olusegun Obasanjo don advise President Buhari to meet with the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.


Kanu country home for Abia state according to reports dey under tight watch by soldiers on Operation Python Dance exercise.

Reports say combined team of security personnel storm the IPOB leader home and the accusation be say them abduct him parents.

Speaking further, Obasanjo say him also wan meet with Kanu make him find out wetin him para be.

The former President say in quote,

“We need to satisfy the youth in job creation, in wealth creation, in giving them a better, fulfilled life, in giving them hope for the future. There’s no easy way out.”

According to Punch, OBJ also say,

“I don’t see anything wrong in that (Buhari meeting with Kanu). I would not object to that; if anything, I would encourage it.

“I would want to meet Kanu myself and talk to people like him, people of his age, (and ask) ‘What are your worries?’ Not only from the South-East but from all parts of Nigeria.”

Meanwhile, the South-East Governors’ Forum has announced a ban on the activities of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB).
